TSA Verify — Travel, Simplified

As part of a 10-week collaboration with Deloitte, I helped design a digital experience aimed at simplifying TSA’s Real ID verification process. The goal was to create an intuitive and trustworthy app that guides U.S. travellers through identity verification with ease and clarity. My role focused on UX/UI design, interaction flow, and visual direction, ensuring the app felt both secure and user-friendly.

Deloitte x SCADpro

As a Production Design Lead for Deloitte’s Real ID Awareness Campaign, I worked closely with the team to design an interactive, user-focused application intended for rollout to over 30,000 users. Due to the confidential nature of the project, details remain under NDA. However, the experience has significantly strengthened my skills in UX/UI design, large-scale deployment considerations, and cross-functional collaboration. A full case study will be available once the project is publicly released.
